How to interpret an action on the deal health score of your deal?

1. Open the Deals tab

  • Go to the Deals tab on the left-hand side.

  • This is where you can view your deals, forecast, and pipeline.

  • The view you see depends on your role:

    • Seller: sees My Deals only

    • Manager: Can see their deals and another tab for their team deals.

2. Review the Deal Health overview

  • When you open Deals, you land on the Deal Health tab.

  • Check for any message where Ricavi disagrees with your forecast.

  • Click Review Forecast to see more detail and understand the discrepancy.

3. Check store deals that need attention

  • Scroll to the section showing store deals that need attention.

  • You’ll see your top 3 deals requiring attention, with more available below.

  • Click View All Store Deals to see the full list.

  • Open a deal to ask Ricavi to generate a revive store deal plan to help move it forward or close it out.

4. Use the deal summary filters and search

  • Review the summary counts for:

    • Total deals

    • Deals at risk

    • Deals on track

  • Use the filters to switch between:

    • At risk

    • On track

    • Lost

    • All

  • Search for a specific deal using the search bar.

  • Each deal card shows:

    • Whether it is at risk

    • The deal stage

    • A key action to move it forward

5. Open a deal to see its score and blockers

  • Click into any deal to open the detailed view.

  • You’ll see a deal score out of 100.

  • Review the section showing "what is holding the deal back".

  • This section includes:

    • A score

    • A next action step

6. Complete the recommended agentic actions

  • Scroll down to see the recommended agentic actions that can help move the deal forward.

  • Examples include:

    • Drafting an email

    • Identifying an additional stakeholder

    • Following up on LinkedIn

    • Other deal-progress tasks

  • Each action has its own AI-assisted workflow:

    • For emails, Ricavi can draft the email for you

    • You can review, edit, and send it

    • Some actions are manual tasks, such as connecting on LinkedIn or calling someone

    • If it’s a call task, Ricavi provides a script

7. Review CRM activity and use the chat panel

  • Scroll further down to see the activity feed synced from your CRM.

  • Use this to understand the full context Recavi has on the deal.

  • The Recavi chat panel is already open and synced.

  • Ask questions about the deal to:

    • Interrogate the details

    • Get help moving the deal forward

    • Explore next steps or deal-specific guidance
