1. Open the Meetings area to view your schedule

  • Click Meetings to go to your meeting schedule.

  • This takes you directly to the calendar view where your meetings are listed.

2. Review the meeting views available to you

  • In My Meetings, you’ll see meetings connected to your portfolio calendar.

  • If you’re a manager, you’ll also have:

    • Team Meetings: view all upcoming meetings for your team.

    • Recorded Close: view your team’s recordings.

3. Link the meeting to a deal before prepping

  • Open the meeting you want to prepare for.

  • Click Link Deal next to the Prep button.

  • Search for one of the deals you own and connect it to the meeting.

  • This is important because prep works best when the meeting has deal context.

4. Use Prep to generate contextual meeting guidance

  • After linking the deal, click Prep on the meeting.

  • The prep experience will use the deal’s full history to provide better guidance.

  • This helps the AI understand prior activity and give more relevant recommendations.

5. Set the call objective to shape the prep response

  • Use the dropdown next to the meeting title to choose a call objective.

  • Options include:

    • Discovery

    • Demo presentation

    • Negotiation

    • Renewal

    • Other

  • Selecting the objective helps set the tone and tailor the AI’s prep output.

6. If there is no deal, use chat to provide context manually

  • If the calendar event is not linked to a deal, use the chat option instead.

  • Include:

    • The company you’re meeting with

    • Any relevant background or context

  • The more context you provide, the better the AI can help you prepare for the call.
