1. Open the Agentic Actions settings
Go to the Agentic Actions tab in your admin settings.
This is where you control which AI-suggested actions your team can use.
2. Enable or disable AI action types for your team
Turn specific suggested action types on or off based on what your team should be allowed to do.
Available actions include:
Send email follow-up
Update deal stage
Create follow-up task
Update CRM records
Create or update contact
Create or update company
Add a stakeholder
Stalled deal revival plan
Manager coaching question
Manager training plan
Use these toggles to limit or expand what the AI can suggest.
3. Control what Ricavi can do inside chat
Decide whether to enable web service in chats.
When enabled, Ricavi can:
Search the web while answering questions
Cite sources in its responses
This setting applies to everyone in your organization.
4. Manage company-wide automated email briefings
Enable or disable automated email briefings for the whole company.
Briefing types mentioned include:
Morning briefing
End-of-day summary
Pre-call preparation
Use this to control which automated updates your team receives.
5. Set a CRM field whitelist for AI-suggested updates
Add a CRM field whitelist to restrict which deal fields the AI can update.
Only fields on this whitelist are eligible for AI-suggested updates.
You can choose:
Fields from your CRM
Ricavi data points
This setting applies only to deal record field updates.
6. Understand how the whitelist behaves
If a field name does not match the whitelist, it is blocked.
A non-empty whitelist means only the listed fields are allowed.
Leave the whitelist empty if you want to allow all deal fields.
Note: contact and company creation are controlled by the AI action toggles, not by the whitelist.
