To log in to Ricavi, visit app.ricavi.ai/login
1. Choose your login method
Ricavi login usually depends on how your company has authentication set up.
The most common option is a secure, unique 6-digit access code sent to your email.
If your company uses single sign-on, you may instead log in with:
Google SSO
Microsoft SSO
SAML SSO
2. Request a 6-digit access code by email
Enter your email address.
Click Send access code.
Check your inbox for the code.
The code should arrive in about 5 to 10 seconds.
3. Resend the code if needed
If you do not receive the code right away, you can request another one.
You must wait 60 seconds before sending a new access code request.
4. Verify the code to sign in
Copy the 6-digit code from your email.
Paste it into the 6-digit input field.
Click Verify.
You will be granted access immediately.
5. Use SSO if your company has enabled it
If your company uses Google SSO, Microsoft SSO, or SAML SSO, select the appropriate button.
Follow the prompted sign-in flow.
Once authenticated, you will be logged into Ricavi.
